Tabernacle Havana Seed CT No.142 David 5×54

Since 2014, Foundation Cigars founder and master blender, Nicholas Melillo has worked in concert with farmers from the Connecticut River Valley to create the wrapper that is the centerpiece of the Tabernacle Havana Seed Ct No. 142 David cigar. This sought-after broadleaf wrapper is known for its attractive reddish hue and extreme oily nature and requires three years to ferment. But the long wait is worth it because of the delectable sweet and spicy flavors that come from it. A Mexican San Andres binder and long-filler leaves from Nicaragua and Honduras are used to complement the wrapper. Once lit, this medium to full-bodied perfecto offers a complexity of flavors with rich notes of earth, spice, cedar and underscored by a pleasing sweetness. The Tabernacle Havana Seed CT No. 142 is handmade at the Tabacalera AJ Fernandez Cigars factory in Nicaragua.
