The 45 Years Family Reserve is an impressive cigar that feels firm to the touch yet it has an impeccable draw that delivers a spicy, full bodied flavor. This toro uses 10-year old tobaccos and is nicknamed “The Little Hammer”, a reference to Jose Padron’s humble beginnings as a carpenter in Miami after his exile from Cuba. Production of this cigar is limited to 15,000 sticks. Rated 94 by Cigar Aficionado and 2009’s “Cigar of the Year”.
