The Montecristo Epic 12 began with an abundant crop of Dominican and Nicaraguan tobacco that proved to be one of the finest harvests the countries had ever seen. Recognizing that they were witnessing something unique, the tobacco was gathered under the blessed omen of an actual blue moon. It was then aged to perfection for eight entire years, achieving flawless harmony in its body and profile. The ripened tobacco was then handcrafted by the Grupo de Maestros, to achieve an unheard-of level of complex, densely packed tastes. The Montecristo Epic 12 comes in elegant ten-count boxes, every one of its illustrious cigars housed in a cedar inlay.
