Caldwell’s Lost and Found Plume Toro 6×50 “EXTREMELY RARE”

A while ago, Robert Caldwell set out to find fantastic cigars, rolled in super-small batches, just waiting to be rediscovered and brought to light from deep within the aging rooms of the world’s top cigar factories. These gems became his, aptly named, Lost and Found series. While many cigars in this line have had creative and eclectic packaging, Caldwell decided to tone it down for his newest three releases that he made an ongoing project to donate a part of the profits made to charitable causes. In true Caldwell style though, the GAF Initiative has an acronym that isn’t suitable for polite conversation and yet still gets the conversation started about inner-city education and development. Two charities have been selected as recipients of these donations, Inner City Impact and Inner-City Arts, both of which provide hobbies and education to help prepare inner-city children and youth for life.

The newest addition to this initiative is the Lost and Found Plume. This cigar is from a 2018 vintage that uses a Dominican Crillo ’98 binder and an undisclosed filler, encased inside a Dominican Habano wrapper. Nothing else is disclosed about the blend or flavor profile, but if we know Caldwell, and we do, it is sure to impress and as always, leave us craving for more. Along with the main sizes released, we were lucky enough to snag some inventory of the extremely rare Corona size, sure to be sought out by aficionados everywhere.
