General Cigars Ship Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure Selección

General Cigar Co. is honoring five decades of production of the Hoyo de Monterrey brand in Honduras with a new line called Epicure Selección and it is shipping to retailers now.

The Hoyo de Monterrey brand was acquired by General in 1996 during the cigar boom when they purchased Villazon & Co. Inc., which had produced the non-Cuban versions of Hoyo de Monterrey and Punch since the mid-1960s.

Hoyo de Monterrey Epicure Selección is rolled at Honduras American Tobacco S.A. (HATSA) factory in Danlí, Honduras and comes in 20-count boxes.
